Who is Bells + Whistles?
Bells + Whistles design studio was founded by Barbara Rourke and Jason St. John in 2000, and has been in-demand ever since. Known for their eclectic and innovative interiors, Bells + Whistles is responsible for some of Southern California’s most iconic designs; from San Diego’s Starlite, Sycamore Den and Chef Javier Plascencia’s Bracero to the L.A.-based Juice Served Here chain, Red Bull Studios and Chef Ray Garcia’s Broken Spanish and BS Taqueria.
The team gleans its inspiration from pretty much everything – food, fashion, music, their clients, friends, and one another. They combine fresh ideas with influences from different eras, styles, and genres to create inimitable, award-winning environs for their clients and users.
